PowerHouse 7.10G on OVMS 7.2

It seems to me there were 2 things Compaq was after in the buy out.  1) the
international support capabilities with contracts in place with major
international customers.  2) 64 bit Alpha server technology.  With Intel
continuing to slip in it's ability to develop and produce a 64 bit chip and
Alpha available and proven, Compaq now has control over a significant
technology in a key strategic market.

	To be clear on my personal view, again, DEC executives
	sold off major portions of the company, the VP of
	Technology Development went to Microsoft and the CEO
	finally cut off his own head.  Compaq did salvage the
