Decnet and the Powerhouse Licence Server

Cognos is wrong to tell you FLEXlm (cough, splutter) won't work with DECnet
Plus/OSI/Phase V. It will but you may have to bombard the system with DECnet
patches until you find one that makes it work. When we finally got it to
work UK Telesupport asked me for a list of the patches we had installed -
for what it's worth it was:

DECnet Plus V7.1 ECO 2
DNV_AXP_OSI2071
DECNET_CDIALPHA071
