VMS features in PH

REVERSE is in the common code across all components in 8.1x. Anyone who
doesn't care about history can hit delete now. At the 7.xx level, REVERSE
was originally an OpenVMS only function. Recall that we didn't used to have
a common code base. For 7.10, 7.29, and 7.23/7.33, we attempted to combine
QDESIGN and QUICK into a common code base. That's why REVERSE was available
in QDESIGN but not in QUIZ and QTP on MPE/iX and UNIX. While we did achieve
some commonality, there was a lot of code that was not merged. This is not
the same as the merged code that forms the base of PowerHouse series 8.

Under PH 8.13.D1 on Sun Solaris, reverse works in Quiz and QTP. 
Although it is not documented in the 8.1 PDF manual I downloaded.

Looking through the list of functions, it appears to me the reverse
function was an obvious choice for all three tools.  Perhaps Cognos
should (maybe they are) evaluate which functions should be placed into
a common functions library for their common code base.
