7.29C8 and 8.19

I am just going through this now, (819c2)
a) recompile everything, dictionary first of course
b) add the INPUT CENTURY to the PDL, if appropriate
c) none so far, I'm part way through testing, just make sure you get rid of
all the version 7 subfiles first

a) How much Effort is there upgrading from 7.29C8 & 8.19  ( on HP3K )
b) Are there a lot of syntax changes ?
c) Any major Issues ? Any precautions to be taken ?
