PH7.10G on VMS7.2

Keep in mind that 6.00 is not certified as year 2000 compliant. Depending on
your dictionary and default century you may or may not have a problem after
Feb 28, 2000. There may be other problems as well. Because 6.00 is out of
development support, we did not do any testing on it. The problem I
mentioned is in 7.10C and we expect the same for previous OpenVMS versions.
