PowerHouse 8.19 C4 upgrade

You don't necessarily have to upgrade. You can use the SUBDICT program
parameter or the FORMAT option. However, if you do want to upgrade, simply
use QTP to read the old subfile and write out a new one. PowerHouse can
always read old format subfiles. It writes new ones in the new format by
default.

We are upgrading to PH819C4 from PH729C8 and we use quite a large number of
subfiles that need to be regenerated. Is there a utility available that
converts subfiles from the PH729C8 format to the PH819C4 format?
