SORT-E-FILENAME File write failed

Hi Owen,
You are right, you are running out of discspace, because the sort file.  By 
default the sort file is put in the directory where you started the qtp job 
from. This location is identified by the PHTEMP variable.
Try setting the PHTEMP to another directory,where you have more discscpace 
available.

I've got a month end QTP job (i.e. large data) sort problem.  I get the
error "*E* SORT-E-FILENAME File write failed" then "There was a sort 
error".
The sort area & scratch areas seem to have space to spare.  The only thing 
I
can think of is one of the data areas may be filling up (SORT-E-.. is not 
in
qshow so I'm assuming it's a system file).

(It's version 7.33.D3 on AIX RS6000)
