Y2K features in PowerHouse 7.10G1

Sorry, there are no hidden settings. The INPUT CENTURY feature is for input
only. If you want to apply it to output or storage, use the CENTURY
function. The reason we did not implement windowing for output is basically
because we could not do it consistently. We could not handle literal values
or the many other combinations. Providing the CENTURY function was a
reasonable compromise.
