Conversion to any relational DBMS from non-relational storage such
as RMS files or TurboIMAGE databases is a non-trivial task :-)

Of course, if you want to stay with your non-relational data on
your trusted mid-range system and try PHWeb on Windows NT (to get
a feel for what it can do ) you can use an ODBC driver at the PHWeb
Windows NT end to access the data on your OpenVMS, MPE/iX or even
OS/400 server.
