Sorry - try RDM$BIND_SNAP_QUIET_POINT - I perpetuated a typo on the Rdb list
(started by one of the Rdb engineers!)

There has been a lot of discussion about this on the Rdb list server of
late. In short, I think you'll find that if you set the logical
RDM$BIND_SNAPS_QUIET_POINT to "0" your problem will go away. Apparently the
way it works now is the way it should always have worked, but they fixed a
bug between Rdb 6.1 and 7.0!

I always try to avoid upgrading PowerHouse and Rdb at the same time!
