Date Reporting Incorrectly - Thanks!

I'd like to thank everyone for the responses
to our date incorrectly reporting problem
within PH.  

I gave all of the information to our system guy,
and although none of it seemed to hit the nail
on the head, it gave him enough information
to figure out what was wrong and correct it.

I'm not exactly sure what he had to do, it 
involved the time zones within PH being 
incorrect.  We do not have a TZ variable
set up on our HP.
