Converting pre-610 qkgo files

We are converting a system from 6.0 of powerhouse to 7.10G1 on a VMS
platform.  We have encountered a problem in trying to convert the .QKG
files.  Apparently 7.10 will not convert files older than 6.10.  We do not
have any intermediate version.  Any ideas how to get these files converted?
