I have had 6 responses so far.  I must apologise for asking for specific
rates.  Rather than specific rates please respond to money questions as
follows:

4. Billing rate if known?  A) 1 to 20, B) 21 to 40, C) 41 to 50, D) 51 to
60, E) 61 to 70, F) 71 to 80, G) 81 to 90, H) 91 to 100, I) >100
5. Billing rate 6 months ago (if known)?  A) lower, B) higher, C) same
6. In the hand pre-tax rate? A) 1 to 20, B) 21 to 40, C) 41 to 50, D) 51 to
60, E) 61 to 70, F) 71 to 80, G) 81 to 90, H) 91 to 100, I) >100
7. In the hand rate 6 months ago? A) lower, B) higher, C) same
