Quick Screen error.

Presumably this is in QDESIGN, the PAINT command starts up the PHPAINT
program which allows you to modify the screen design on screen. I haven't
ever used it, except to test that it works. I did have some trouble running
it with one of the v6 versions of PH, but it seems to work under 729c8. I
seem to remember that it is not available under v8. After all that, I'm not
really able to help you with your problem, maybe your user just tried the
PAINT command to see what it did.
