Quick Screen error.

One of my users got the following error:

Unable to access THE SCREEN PAINTER. MEMORY FAULT (INVALID ADDress).
*Fatal Error* *1404* Notify Cognos Customer Support

We get PH through a VAR.  We have no manuals that contain this error
message and the VAR rep is out.  Once the rep returns, it could be
several days before I get an answer.  

Has anyone seen this error, and is there anything I can do about it as a
'band-aid' fix until the VAR responds?
