For the programs in beta, we removed all the old subfiles from the default
directory. In beta we were compiling code for Y2K and knew that the subfile
contents would be different. For the production area, we did not remove the
old subfiles as we were ignorant of the subfile change for the PH8 series.
However, we did not compile the .qzc(s) while in the default directory where
the old subfiles were located. We compiled them by running
qtp first and compiling the applicable QTPs then launching QUIZ to compile
with the QTP/subfile structure still in memory. So they should have been
compiled correctly. However - the production code would still have been
run initially with old pre-PH8 subfiles in the default directory. We have a
job (cron) that cleans up subfiles after they are 4 days old - so these
pre-PH8 subfiles are pretty much gone now. Will have to watch
and see if the reporting problems continue.
The person currently testing the Y2K stuff in beta insists that we have
seen the same problems in beta,,,,, but we removed all the pre-PH8
subfiles,, so I don't know how to explain that...
