Odd Length MPE Files

	Colin:

Cognos says PowerHouse does not support odd-length records (that is #
of bytes) in MPE. Sometimes it works, but they say not to count on that
in future releases of PH. They recommend using even-length record
structures in subfiles and direct files.

MPE lives and breathes on word boundaries. It's usually best to live
this way to avoid problems in the future - keeping all record lengths an
even number of bytes. TurboIMAGE is one system that forces you to do
this.

	Cheers!
