PH/FLexlm on OpenVMS license PROBLEMS!

Thanks to John at CognosSupport and also Curtis Aiken and Foster Marks
for their help!!

We killed the daemon and restarted, and the license problems have
disappeared for now.  We also have a demo license pak on hand just in
case!

We think the problem is a flaky Alpha that has been throwing fits all
summer.  Also our "less-than-a-month-old" UPS quit at 12:20 CDT today,
so who knows what problems it may have been "spinning" unknownst to us??


Ah, such is life with computers.....
  Something always to puzzle over....


Back to pacifying our "customers".....  ;)
