Off the top of my head, I'd say to check the number of external subroutines
and programs that are suspended and then check the QKGO external subroutines
parameter. I can't recall why the 2 are together. But the message indicates
a table size has been exceeded.

When you say "The word is that Cognos is not going to fix it.", who's word
is that? Was this from Customer Support or Development? It may not be a bug,
so there's nothing to fix.
