Rdb 7.0 and PH 6.10/6.20

Is anyone running PowerHouse 6.10E or 6.20E against Rdb 7.0 ?

If so, did you experience any locking problems, and how did you resolve them?

(We've got a client who is upgrading to PH 7.10Gx a wee bit at a time - on this step they upgraded Rdb only and are experiencing lots of locking problems. They are looking at user quotas but are not sure where to start...)
