MPE/iX manuals on CD?

Hi,

Does anyone know if the manuals for PH819 on MPE/iX are available on CD
yet? Last December, it was mentioned that they would be available in
January, but I have not heard if they are available yet. They are not on
the Supported Customers' area of Cognos' web site.

Any news?
