VMS PH 710G2

I said I'd post further information when I had it: we put 710G2 live last night
(with a full recompile). All went smoothly and so far, so good.
If anything noteworthy happens, I'll post, but I don't expect anything now: the
nightly processing went OK, and half the morning's gone OK.

Locking.Doc now has the correct lock structure, but doc bug #54724 (lock
condition type values misdocumented) has been preserved for posterity.
