PADS/PDE

Does anyone out there have any experience with working with PADS/PDE development environment?
I'm trying to port the PADS system (Powerhouse Application Development System) to an Alpha environment, but I'm having trouble compiling/linking the C programs that came with it.
So far I'm missing three module, all to do with locking files (RMS).
These are DA_DO_LOCKING, DA_END_LOCKING and DA_INIT_LOCKING.

Does anyone have any idea on where to find these modules?
