You've got ITOQ in 7.29?? The only one I've got is from 5.26!

I know it creates a file SCHEMA with the qdd source in it. Try a file   
equate for this file giving it lots of disc space. Sorry but I can't   
remember if it uses any intermediate work files - none are left after it   
completes.
