Cognos coversion from mainframe to P

This is notable.
I enjoyed the workstations and their reliability.  The
SUN networking scheme is something to applaud when you
have the network infrastructure to support them.  
I'm sorry to hear the hp's have failed you.  But, they
aren't infallible.  We sometimes need to hear sobering
evidence that our one of our favored platforms, didn't
play well.  HP, DEC, DG, IBM have been our mainstays. 

Since, I have not programmed on a SUN, except in
PASCAL, I can't speak to the full experience.  I defer
to yours until evidence overcomes the view.
