Thanks to all who replied, both here and personally.  I figured how to get
Noosaccess to work on running QUIZ, what puzzled me was that you can't set
it inside QUIZ as you can with other commands passed via the INFO parm...
ie, NoWarnings, NoStatistics, Nolist....

As I suspected noosaccess is a 'half-fix' to my particular problem, I want
to allow QUIZ OS access, but not a user at the QUIZ command prompt.  Am I
asking to eat the proverbial cake?
