I wrote a DEC C++ program that converts a Powerhouse Portable Subfile to a
DBF.  I could mail you an Alpha executable or the CXX source.  If you're not
running on a DEC - er, Compaq - platform you might have to replace some VMS
run-time calls, but that should be fairly straightforward.
