Problem with Date(days()) functions

If you have CENTURY EXCLUDED as your dictionary global option, the DATE
function returns a century excludd date that must be within the default
century. PowerHouse is functioning as it always has and as documented. Full
details of the effect of the CENTURY INCLUDED option are scattered in the
manual or in an article that was in SupportLink or at
