8.19.C1 Quiz Performance 130% SLOWER

We did some testing on 7.29.C5 vs 8.19.C1 with the following results:

QTP

Selected 260000+ records
Records loaded into a subfile
V7.29 - CPU sec. = 1423. elapsed min. = 27.
V8.19 - CPU sec. = 1400. elapsed min. = 27.

QUIZ
====
Simple Access statement - One detail dataset - Over a million records
Selected 260000+ records
Records loaded into a subfile
V7.29 - CPU sec. = 1037. elapsed min. = 20.
V8.19 - CPU sec. = 1077. elapsed min. = 20.
