Null Date Separator in pre-710G.

I tried searching for 710g (various punctuations etc), 240195, multi-line, zdate
All of these are on the latest 710G1 fix list I've got, but got no hits on the
database: am I being stupid or is it out of date ?

And why is it so slow ? It keeps stalling, reconnecting, and when it's actually
running it's from 100b/s to 3kb/s. Is it a slow connection or too many users ?
How about an upgrade, or a European mirror site ?
