FTP Quick screens under VMS

If you do the FTP transfer between two VMS boxes, it should transfer just
fine, assuming your ftp client and server have the extensions for
transferring VMS files natively.  Multinet does.  I'm not sure about
others.

If you're not transferring directly between two VMS boxes or if one or
both of the VMS machines doesn't support the VMS specific extensions,
then use INFO-ZIP to zip up the file on the source VMS box, do the
transfer, and then unzip the file on the destination box.  You may have to
use a switch setting or two (for zip) to ensure that the VMS file
attributes and such are preserved.
