Porting Powerhouse code

Has anybody ever been through a project to take an application written in
Powerhouse version 7.29 for the HP3000 MPE/ix environment using TurboImage
(or Image/SQL) and ported it to whatever version of Powerhouse runs with an
HP ALLBASE/SQL or Oracle database on an HP9000 machine?

If so, is there any commonly used formula standard for estimating the time
required to convert source programs in this manner?
