PowerHouse Power2000 query

Certainly RAM affects Power2000. However, it may also be a non-standard
colour scheme (don't ask me why, we haven't been able to figure it out). If
you use a non-standard Windows colour scheme you may run out of GDI
resources, and Power2000 uses lots of windows resources for the browsers.
This is mentioned in the release notes help file.
