How to use COBOL to read QUIZ subfil

Let's be totally fair to poor old COBOL. If memory serves me correctly, some
COBOLs support COMP-1 and COMP-2 which are floating point types. But it
depends which platform you're on. NUMERIC in PowerHouse is an 8 byte
floating point number. If you can find an equivalent in the COBOL you're
using, great. Otherwise, do what John suggested and change it before
outputing.
