HP MPE -- QDESIGN inside QEDIT in a job

What we do is QEDITise all our PH UDCs and then have a SET UDC phudcname in
the QEDITMGR file. If you also add a new first parameter to the command name
line, eg. QDESIGN filename=nofile, ... , then add a file equation
   :FILE QKUSE=!filename
you can do QDESIGN* to compile from within QEDIT.
I think you needed to do the SETPOWERHOUSE trick with 7.29 also.
