HP MPE -- QDESIGN inside QEDIT in a job

All you need to do is set up command files in the PUB group for QDESIGN,
QUIZ, QTP etc.  An example of what you need in the command file is as
follows:

	FILE PHD=OPD729.PDL
	RUN QDESIGN.PH729C2.COGNOS;INFO=" "

You just call the command file (for example) QDESIGNE.PUB, and then you can
use it from the "/" prompt in QEDIT by just typing "QDESIGNE".

If you go to version 8.19, you will also need to have a SETPOWERHOUSE
command in there, because some enviroment variable does not get defined.
