Cognos Support, V 8.13, etc.

On OpenVMS, 8.10 is based on our generic code base and does not have all
the OpenVMS specific functionality of 7.10.G. 8.10 does have support for
Axiant as a server and also has Oracle and Sybase support. Both 7.10.G
and 8.10 have the year 2000 enhancements. 8.10 is currently scheduled
for this summer. 7.10.G is scheduled for a June release.
