Cognos Support, V 8.13, etc.

Well, I'm sure there are others on the list with more experience to share
on the issue.  I have been using PowerHouse for only the past 5.5 years. 
I've yet to be disappointed with features, performance or support.

What exactly is in v. 8.13 and not in v. 7 that would make one want to
move?
