Portability of QTP Subfiles

With 8.13 (unix version), we had to re-create the subfiles created from
7.33 so that 8.13 could read them.  This leads me to believe that
subfiles will not be downward compatible if upward compatibility has not
yet been resolved with PowerHouse.
