Cognos Support

I echo these sentiments.

Cognos not only monitors this list, but actively participates in
providing solutions and suggestions.

The e-mail based "list server" is undoubtedly one of the most powerful
support mechanisms in modern computing, and it's push technology almost
forces subscribers to learn. 

It is like a constant User Group meeting, free from all the hassles of
scheduling time and travel, setting up venues and speakers, and looking
for sponsorship without accusations of paternalism.

It also has an amazing ability to draw information out of people who
would normally not give this freely.

Other lists to which I subscribe have an identical feel to them.

Thanks, Cognos, for embracing this medium, and making the PowerHouse
experience a more rewarding one for all of us.
