Cognos Support

     Cognos Support has always been good. Since couple of years I have been 
     seeing very prompt and quick answers on POWERH-L from Cognos Support.
     
     They are really very helpful and friendly.

Just want to say thanks to Michael Cousins and Cognos Customer Support in 
general.
I think Cognos Customer Support is among the best in the world.
Thanks to their assistance, we made the conversion all the way from old 5.09 
to 7.29, from QDDR to PDL.
