DATA ACCESS ERROR

Hello

 We have a client who is frequently receiving the message
	DATA ACCESS ERROR
 
  Often after experiencing this, the screen just locks up.

  It happens in various areas of the application.

  Could someone fill me in on some of the things that can cause this
message.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
