Changing requested values in quick

The Y2K enhancements were only put into the VMS version of Series 7
PowerHouse because PowerHouse 8 is not a direct upgrade for VMS users at
present. (No mailboxes and other VMSisms) For HP/IX and UNIX boxes,
PowerHouse 8 is a regular upgrade path, so it is the only place where
the Y2K enhancements went in.
