Y2K Versions

[Deskin, Bob]

7.10.F2 has been available for some time now. In fact, we're in the
process of shipping 7.10.G. 7.10.F2 was built on OpenVMS 6.1. 7.10.G was
built on 6.2 which is year 2000 compliant according to Digital.
