Y2K Versions

According to the Cognos web site Powerhouse Year 2000 Position Statement,
the compliant version is "7.10.F2 and later, on OpenVMS (VAX and Alpha)".
Have any list members succeeded in obtaining this version?  If not, does
anyone know when is it scheduled to be released?  Does anyone know what kind
of upgrade this is?
I have also seen suggestions that there is a minimum VMS version for
7.10.F2.  Does anyone know what it is?
