Axiant Requirements?

Does anyone know the minimum requirements for running Axiant on a PC in the
Windows 95 environment?  I heard at the conference - 'more RAM the better'.
Would 40 meg of RAM do the trick?  I also heard that it needs 100 meg of
free disk space.  Can full development take place on a stand alone PC
running 95/98.  How does Axiant work with Windows 98?  I'd appreciate any
further information.  What is the very latest release available for Windows
95?  How far away is Cognos away from adding the Web enhancements to Axiant,
roughly?  Thanks in advance.
