Upgrading to HP-UX V10 or V11

Hi Jeff,

I am not sure about HPUX (Cognos should be able to advise you on that), but I do
know that UTS had a problem with PH7.23C3 when they upgraded to a new version of
DGUX. This was fixed by upgrading PH to 7.33D2.

Also, you should be aware that PH is only guaranteed to be Y2K compliant from
PH7.33D3 or PH7.33D4 (not sure exactly which), so I would take this opportunity
to upgrade PH anyway.
