Upgrading to HP-UX V10 or V11

We are currently running powerhouse 7.23C with interbase 3.3B.

Is anybody aware of any problems upgrading the operating system from hp-ux
9.05 to 10.x or 11.x without upgrading powerhouse or interbase?
