Dec VAX to AS/400 Migration

I am currently researching a Powerhouse migration project   DEC VAX,
Oracle RDB to an AS/400 DB2 environment. Does anyone know of any issues
involved in this migration, and if there is any documentation available
about this migration. Also, Cognos' website does not show DB2 as being
supported in version 8 ???
