ANNOUNCE: Webstamp 0.6.3 released

We're proud to announce that Webstamp 0.6.3 has been released.  "make 
upgrade" in a Webstamp ROOTDIR (top level site directory) near you.

This release cleans up the Webstamp PHP code in various ways:
- Fix issues with find on Debian etch (thanks to Justin Woods).
- Allow Webstamp to run on PHP 5 and above (thanks to Justin Woods).

Let me know of any snags you may run into, either new to this release or 
otherwise.
